How can I track my order online?
Upon placing the order, you will be provided with a tracking number via SMS and email. Visit the ‘Track Order’ page and enter the order number to check the delivery status of your order.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
All orders usually take 4-5 working days to reach their destination, but can take longer from time to time.
You will receive a tracking link via SMS and email as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the status of the shipment to correctly display on the tracking link.
Do you accept bulk orders?

Do you customize products?
Yes, we do customise most of our products for bulk orders and corporate gifting. Feel free to contact us for our corporate gifting catalogue.
My tracking link shows 'delivered' but I have not received the package. What should I do?
Please drop us an email at support@rnsmartbuy.com within 48 hours of the delivery time mentioned in the tracking link.
Please note: We would not be able to investigate with the courier service if it is informed to us after 48 hours.
How can I cancel my order?

Please note: An order cannot be cancelled after it has been shipped.
When do I get the refund for a cancelled order?
Please allow up to 10 business days after your items have been received by our warehouse. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will send you an email confirming your refund amount.
