We at Rnsmartbuy have crafted our products for comfort, style and our love for the environment. We love all our products and hope you will too.  We will take care of shipping & exchanges at our end, hassle free.

We have a Free 7-days Policy. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:

• If the product is returned after seven days
• If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging
• Accessories like tempered glass or back glass are not eligible for return.

Exclusive Sale

• Any orders placed during our Sale period will not be eligible for returns
• In case of a size issue, defective or damaged product, we would be happy to assist you in exchange for the orders placed during the sale.
• Exchange is subject to size availability and colour

Damages and issues:

• Defective Products, Wrong Products or Damaged Products issue should be raised within 24 hrs of delivery.

We don't accept Customized products for Return/Exchange.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please be informed that any shipping charges paid for the order are non-refundable!
